Lawn Care: Mowing, edging, aeration, fertilization, and weed control.

A typical contract will include us blowing leaves to curbs for vacuum truck pickup, or natural areas, if applicable on a weekly basis. Some piles may be left on the street for 24 hours depending on scheduling, but our goal is not to exceed that 24-hour threshold. Sometimes, piles could be left on the street through the weekend if a property is serviced on Friday’s.

– Regular visits are scheduled based on the specific needs of the property. For instance, lawn mowing might be weekly during the growing season and bi-weekly during slower growth periods.
A typical maintenance contract includes 34 weekly visits during the growing season, which we define as March 15th– November 30th. Our bi-weekly schedule is between December 1st, and March 14th, and typically includes a total of 8-10 visits.
3. Duration and Renewal:
– Contracts typically span one year that auto-renews at the end of each term, unless otherwise stated. Long-term contracts may offer benefits such as price locks and priority scheduling.
4. Cost and Payment Terms:
– Transparent pricing structures are provided, detailing the cost of each service. A total is provided and then divided out to get 12 equal monthly payments. Invoices are sent out on the 1st of each month and are due by the 15th of each month. In 2025, our average grounds maintenance contract cost was $890.00 per month, but this included very large commercial properties.
